I'm trying this post for the second time. I'm new to SW and to this forum so please bear with me.

Posted are screen captures of my 2 parts and unsuccessful attempts to make them into a single part. Part #2 is an example of what I need to come off part 1(X) with a perfect coped fit to the outside of the curved wall.  3,5,6 shows the poor fit of the lenght of tubing that has not yet been shelled..

Can I get some guidance as to make this work ?

For those who send zip files, I'm not sure how to make them function correctly so if I need to  open them in a specific software, please advise.
