How to put Rectangular Sheets ina circular pattern

Hi,

I have an assembleyof Rectangle which has four parts and i want toput this Rectangle in a circular pattern. I am able to put them ina circular pattern but,the edes are touching each other. I need toput in a circular pattern as if they were placed on a cylinder.

Please help me out. How to do it?
