All,
My name is Julie Napolitan and I'm a Product Definition Specialist with SolidWorks. For a couple of years I've heard SW users asking for a "graphical reference viewer" to help decipher SolidWorks parts and/or assemblies.
I'd like to hear a little more on this subject--in particular I'm interested in exploring the different methods you use to make modeling changes, particularly when you're faced with a model you didn't build.
Do you just start adding features at the end of the tree?
Do you use the SolidWorks Parent Child viewer to investigate references?
What if there are External References?
Do you use some third-party addin such as SolidMap?
In what circumstances do you give up and rebuild the model?
Thanks!
Julie
