So I imported this .STP assembly with '3D Interconnect' so that I can at least look at saving workable individual files and start to look at each to understand how much work there is to do.

The only problem that I have is that I am unable to save what I assume to be a virtual part from the resulting assembly into an external part... I am missing the functions in the pop-up menu as I right click on the part itself.

Disabling 3D Interconnect is not an option, it really give me garbage that are nearly unworkable... 

So, how should I go to extract just that one part from that assembly? Any suggestion welcome.
