I have a assembly containing aprox 1500 parts in assemblies, sub assemblies, sub sub assemblies and so on...
the problem is that in the "sub sub" assemblies. all holesdisappear everytime im opening on the top assembly. this makesbroken mates and gives me a real headache. and lots of ekstra work.
so i have to open all the parts (with this error), set them toresolved, and then update them to get my holes back.. the problemis that i have to do this everytime i open the topmodel.
Anyone know why SW seems to "forget" details deep down in myassemblies?
I think a fix would be a function that would force some parts in myassy to open in resolved mode.
the worst thing about this is that if i update the subparts in thewrong order, the mates desides to flip dimentions anddirrections...
Im curently using SW 2007 SP5
I hope someone can help me...
