I can't figure this one out. I've been using/installingSolidworks since 2001 and I'm stumped. I have an admin image on aserver, sp3. I downloaded the sp3 update (did not use theinstallation manager) and had no problems. Trying to do the samewith sp4 and I get this: Error 1336 (see attached). I looked up theerror in the Knowledge base and tried what was suggested...doesn'twork. I've tried updating with sp4 locally and on our network andeach time I get the same error. Any suggestions?
