My Heads-up toolbar disappeared for no apparent reason.

Dell Precision 450
WinXP Pro SP2
Solidworks Office Pro 2008 SP2.0
3.0 GHz Xeon
2.0 MB Ram
Nvidia Quadro FX 3000 256 MB

- tried a reboot, this did not work.
- tried to Restore latest settings w/ Settings Wizard, this did notwork.
- We use Admin Image so I quickly un-installed and re-installedall, this did not work.

has this happened to anyone else?
How do I get it back?
