I wasaskedto look into advantages Floworks has over Flotherm. BasicallyIwant to know when to use Floworks and when to use Flotherm. Ihavenot used FloWorks before. Most of our thermal analysisconcentrateson small mechanical components use in semiconductorburn-in andtest such as heat sink (with and without fan on top),thin thermalinterface material (use in a flat gap or in a gapbetween 2cylinders) , etc. Any help would be muchappreciated!Thanks!SolidworksFlow Simulation
