I cannot seem to figure this out. I have this lofted sheetmetal part that has a curved surface. Well when I unfold it and putthe hole pattern in it using the hole wizard, and fold it back upit seems O.K. But when I go to put it in an assembly and go to usea feature driven pattern to populate rivets in all the holes itshows it as if it where flattened and not a formed sheet metalpart. Ideally I would like to pattern all the rivets along thecurve, meaning the rivet heads follow the curve. I've triedeverything I can think of from just trying to do it in a part fileusing the curve driven pattern. I've tried using a sketch drivenpattern. I can't seem to figure this one out. It's kind ofdisappointing that Solidworks doesn't seem to know to keep the holewizard with the surface it's created on. There big saying is focuson the design not the CAD but most of the time I find myselffinding a work around. We do a lot of complicated sheet metal bendsand it would be nice to figure this out. Any help or advice wouldbe greatly appreciated.
