Fatigue analysis is performed with solidworks simulation to check the life of parts. However, in solidworks, the lifespan is only output in cycles. Therefore, a dynamic load is applied by linear dynamic analysis (modal time history) to clarify the time of one cycle. I am trying to convert the life to seconds from the product of the life (number of cycles) of the fatigue analysis result and the time (seconds) when the load is applied. Is this idea right?
