I'm trying to put a representative gear into an assemblyusing the gear in the deisgn library, but I don't seem to be havingmuch luck editing the basic model. When I change to basic diameter,I get errors all over and can't figure out which equations needediting to correct them. I need a 14.5 degree pressure angle, 12"PD, 12.2 OD gear 1" wide to represent an off the shelf product.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciateit. Otherwise, it'll be a 12" disk with a hatch pattern on the endand I'll go from there. I think I might have problems withconverting the metric model to inch as the equations may notaccount for it.SolidworksToolbox
