I have a couple of file issues that I'm hoping to understand.  Neither of these are a big deal, but I'm trying to figure out what is going on.  (It is possible I am doing something wrong.)

Almost all of my fasteners are downloaded from McMaster Carr.  The shortcut menu for show/hide axis, planes and sketches is disabled on all of my McMaster fasteners.  

The 2nd part came from Grabcad (I think.)  

I cannot change the appearance of this part.  

Nothing shows up under appearances.

But if I right click on a feature, it has appearances.
