Once again, SW has some excellent promotional deals...for new customers or new seats.  Yet, nothing for those of us loyal customers that may want to upgrade a seat we've been paying maintenance on for year after year after year.

Wouldn't it be nice to get the option for a simulation upgrade for \$1000 just for being a loyal customer for so long?

I guess I'll be upgrading my NEI Nastran seat even though they were recently bought by Autodesk.  This hurts because I hate Autodesk.

Wouldn't it help SolidWorks to incentivize those of us who might be inclined to upgrade our licenses?  Even if you gave me an upgrade to Sim Premium for free, you would make out like a bandit in the long run, assuming I continue paying my maintenance fees (like I have for so long).  You would for a fact make more money off of me than you are now.

I also have an employee with Professional that I would upgrade to Sim Premium if there were an irresistible promotion.

I think it's a HUGE missed marketing opportunity and a bit of an insult to us loyalists.
