I have a file that is saved under Tool box References. It wascreated with a library component and now PDM forces it to bechecked in as a library component.

We have our vault set to not revision manage library components. Soeven as an admin I can't delete the file. I have tried going inthru windows explorer and deleting the file then revalidating thevault. The file is still showing up.

Any thoughts???
