Is there a way to assign two variables to one text box in thedata card ?

Ex: Project Number
Sales Order # : ___________


I would like to use only one text box for two variables, If Projectnumber is entered in the template input form, That should getfilled this empty text box, Vice versa with the sales order no #

Can i achive this with input formula ?
