Recently I change my computer and now Custom Proprieties appears like image bellow.

The image appears blurred.

This only happens on this tab, the others are OK.

I think that whether or graphics driver, or some option in your configuration.
My graphics AMD FirePro W5100 is one and the drivers that use are given here
