I am having trouble finding the correct process for creatinga new default BOM template that has some custom columns as well aslinked properties. The current default has the name of the filepopulating the Part Number column. This is not desired. I want thePart/Assembly name to show up in the Description cell and the partnumber to show up in the part number cell.

Where can I find some info to guide me through the process?? Anygood books for someone basically new to solidworks and setting uptemplates/defaults for a company using Solidworks 2008?
