I recently upgraded to SW2008. WhenIdimension anything over one foot long it displays like 2'4",forexample. There is no hyphen between the feet and inches. SWhelpsays that displaying text with a hyphen is the default, but ifyouimport a file that used no hyphen you can convert itinOptions>Document Properties>Units>Convert from 2'4"to2'-4". Unfortunately, when I use the "convert"button it doesn't doanything. It just seems to reset itself afterI hit ok. My VAR hasnever heard of this problem and I can't findanything on the SWwebsite. Does no one else use feet and inches ordraw anything overone foot? I have had to change our dimensions tojust inches whichis obnoxious when you detail long parts. How canI get my dimensionsto display correctly?
