Does anyone have any opinions on if it is better to havetoolbox configured to create configurations or copied parts?

I currently have toolbox configured to create configurations, BUTit keeps on creating copied parts. Is there a setting that I havemissed or is SW taking over my machine and doing what it wantsregardless of what I have told it to do?SolidworksToolbox
