computer quote to run COSMOS

Sorry - I also posted this in "Performance" - - -
Can anyone determine if this machine is strong enough to run Cosmoson our assemblies?
I have a concern about the processors speed...would we see asignificant improvement in speed using 3Ghz processors versus the2Ghz quoted in this configuration? Memory can always be upgraded inthe future for minimal costs. Same with video cards and harddrives. But I'd really like to get the processors done right thefirst time due to costs.
Sometimes a processor speed really doesn't make that much of adifference in performance. Could have other bottlenecks. That's thebasis of my question.
What do you think of this computer, for \$2,998?
