In my vault there is a "Project Template" project thatcontains several sub folders. For each job we get there, weduplicate this structure changing the name of the top level toJOBNUMBER COMPANYNAME and appending the job number to each subproject.

I finished this program already, but it only works if the vaultadmin tool has the setting "Allow users to create subprojects"option on, which I do not want. Is there a way to turn this optionon and off from the API?
