I got a new computer a couple of months ago and from the getgo I wasn't able to download any updates from the customer portal.At first my reseller said it was due to a high volume of traffic onthe SW server, but now I am having the same issue again when tryingto update from SP4 to SP5. SW updater will start to download thefiles then finish almost right away without downloading anythingshowing an error by one of the download files. On my home computer- which used to be the shop computer I have no problem withupdating. So I have a feeling that there is something on my newcomputer blocking the download. My new machine is a Dell T5400 WSrunning Vista64, and McAfee AV. I have tried disabling the AV andturned off Vista user account control with no luck - any help wouldbe appreciated.
