You likely have already solved this but I had the same problem and couldn't find an automatic solution. What I did was set the sketch so the two profiles stopped at the far side of the other, then drew a line from outer corner to inner corner on a new sketch and used as a cut plane on each profile individualy. This gave me the correct alignment but I wish there was an option for doing this automaticaly.SolidworksWeldments
