There appears to be only one part number field in the routingelectrical components and cable / wire xml database.
Which means the BOM report on a drawing can only show this onefield.
How can the company part number and supplier name and part numberboth be shown? In other words how can it be imported to begin with?As of now the only way I can think of is to combine an abreviatedsupplier or company name as the prefix to the part number all inthe part number field. Any other thoughts?
This need should also be common in mainstream mechanical CADassemblies using purchased components, how does SW handle itthere?SolidworksRouting
