Can we take a moment to scowl (again) at how bad some of the UI is being design on this so called forum?

Can you read the text shown in the image below? 

In case you are wondering, the text in the first image is In Plan

How can this UI being approve in the first place? Do anyone really thing that using a white text on a bright yellow background is a good idea?  

Also FYI, this contrast did not pass the WCAG AA or WCAG AAA standard
