We have a new automatic voucher redemption system that allows you to request free exam vouchers on your own 24/7.

You qualify for this program if your company owns a license of CAD (3DEXPERIENCE Works, SOLIDWORKS, or DraftSight) on subscription service.

Please note that the following licenses do not qualify for this program:

• SOLIDWORKS for Makers
• SOLIDWORKS Machinist
• Education and Student licenses

To access your subscription service vouchers, you will first need to meet the PREREQUISITES below, and then follow the INSTRUCTIONS.

PREREQUISITES

Before you proceed with the instructions in the next paragraph, make sure you:

1. Have a 3DEXPERIENCE Certification Account (please create one here if you don’t).
2. Have a 3DEXPERIENCE ID (please create one following these instructions if you don’t).
3. Check with your local administrator or SOLIDWORKS Partner to make sure that you have been added as a contact to your organization. Your administrator must use the same email address as what you use for your 3DEXPERIENCE ID when they add you as a contact.

INSTRUCTIONS TO REDEEM YOUR FREE VOUCHERS:

1. Once you have the prerequisites taken care of, login to your Certification Center account here.

2. In the Certification Center, click on "Your Credits" tab > "Subscription Offer" tab > "Lookup My Licenses".

3. Authenticate with your 3DEXPERIENCE ID when prompted. You will be redirected back to the Certification Center.

Please note that your 3DEXPERIENCE Certification Account and your 3DEXPERIENCE ID do not have to use the same email address as they are two different systems.

4. Click "OK" on the confirmation message and select the certification exams you would like to redeem and then click "Create Exam Vouchers".

- For DraftSight licenses: access to 1 DraftSight exam (per semester, per user, for each license of DraftSight on subscription service).

- For SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE Works CAD licenses: access to 3 exams (per semester, per user, for each license of CAD on subscription service). 

FEATURES & BENEFITS OF THE AUTOMATIC VOUCHER SYSTEM

• 365/24/7 access to exam vouchers through your 3DEXPERIENCE Certification Center account.
• Once generated the vouchers are valid for 180 days and can be shared among colleagues.
• Redeem up to 3 vouchers each semester. If you only plan to take 1 exam today, you can come back to request 2 additional vouchers anytime during the semester. The counters reset on January 1st and July 1st.
• Voucher access is based on your company CAD assets on subscription service (e.g. 12 CAD licenses or 3DEXPERIENCE CAD roles on subscription means that 12 employees can redeem up to 3 exam vouchers each per semester). Access to vouchers is on a first come first served basis for each company.
• You are no longer limited to choosing only 1 exam from each of 3 set categories. You can mix and match. In fact you have access to our entire exam portfolio (with the exception of the EXPERT exams). You can even request the same exam 3 times during the same semester if that is what you want.
• DraftSight users can get vouchers for the new DraftSight Associate exam.
• This system will not work with Student or Education licenses. Students should contact their school for access to exams.
• This system will not work with SOLIDWORKS for Makers or SOLIDWORKS Machinist licenses.
