It seems like anytime i put together an assembly of over10-15 parts i start having issues with it falling apart. I couldwork with it for hours with no problems but as soon as i hit thesave button, the model rebuilds and every part will have errors. Ihave noticed Solid Works seems to be very fragile withsub-assemblies that were saved from one of the sub assemblies inthe smae model.

We build sailboat masts and the project im working on now is forthe shroud lines to attatch to the mast. They attatch at severalpoints up the mast, to aluminum fittings. The fittings are prettymuch identical to each other with slight changes in angles on someof the features. I started out with one sub-assembly, used pack andgo to move the parts into a different folder and renamed all of theparts to be used as a different version. I then created an assemblywith three sub-assemblies created in that manner and mated them tothe main tube. No problems untill i hit save and then every parthad errors.

If i go back and try to fix mated it tells me the component isfully defined even though i can grab the sub-assembly and move itaround.SolidworksAssemblies
