I'm creating a structured set of rules and guidelines formycompany to follow when it comes to using Solidworks.

In some assemblies we would have the need for grease/glue/oilandso on.

These are not exactly something you would model, but they doneedto be called up on the BOM.

How would you go about doing it?

I would not only like these items to show up on the BOM, butin thecase of oil, I'd like to make sure that the density, weightisadded properly to the whole assembly calculation.

Short of Creating a 'Block' of oil, inserting it into theAssembly,and 'hiding' it, any other idea's?
