A problem with an auto component in the assembly.

Hello friends!
I write via google translate, so I apologize in advance!
I have an assembly - a box, consists of guides and a bottom.

In this assembly, an auto-component is made - holes for guides and a facade:

The assembly is parametric, let's say I change the width of the bottom to 600, the assembly is rebuilt, and in the preview of the auto-component, the side plates are also redefined to the new width:

That is, I assemble the cabinet, insert this box into this assembly, adjust it to the desired width, press the auto-component, select the sidewall facade and get the necessary holes, everything is beautiful.
However, I need several models of such boxes, and when I open the desired box, I press save as, save it in another directory. I open it, go to the auto-component override and remove the facade:

I press to save the changes and when changing the width of the box, the sidewall is no longer automatically redefined in the preview window:

Therefore, when you insert an autocomponent and select a sidewall reference, the holes are not inserted correctly.
Although the first drawer assembly I made a copy with - with a facade, works correctly
For a week now I can not understand the reason, all mates are configured relative to the guides, not the facade, nothing but the removal of the facade relative to the working assembly does not change.

While experimenting, I noticed that the side plates are set as a plane for placement in the links of the auto-element, and the facade that I delete as a face.
This is probably the problem, but I cannot understand the connection.
THANK!

As part of the migration from the legacy Forum to the new SOLIDWORKS Forum, there was an overlap in timing where the new Forum was being loaded with historical data from an export migration, while at the same time, the legacy Forum was still operating during the period of March 12th to March 31st. Due to the overlapping timelines and import-export technical issues, posts during that time-frame could not have their media imported. If you created a post in the legacy Forum during that time-frame and wish to update the post in the new Forum with supporting media, please go to your post in the new Forum, enter into Edit mode and re-add any supporting media you want to insert.

The easiest way to find your posted content is: from the new Forum, click on your profile icon in the top right of the GUI, then select "My Profile" and you will be taken to the "Overview" tab where you can see all of your posting history.

Thank you
