We have upgraded our machines to 64 bit xp based units, 2007sp 5 and are having a popup message stating unknown format whenopening up certain files. We do not see this message when openingthe same file with our 32 bit based systems. Both systems have2007. Out of frustration we are about to roll back theinstallations to 32 bit
