I have exported a 3DPDF of a part I made and got a render ofon the SolidWorks Gallery, and I'd like to add this as a comment onmy submission.
I'm just wondering, what "is" a 3DPDF?
I know the file-size isinsanely small.
I like to think of it as a 360 degrees photograph, is this somewhatcorrect?
Can people take the 3DPDF and manipulate it like a .STEP or .IGES?
Or manipulate it like an .STL?
Or is it un-manipulable?
Because if it's an un-manipulable file, that's fantastic, a safeway to share parts online and still be able to view them in 3D onjust about any computer through .PDF!
