One screenshot shows the Drawing Opened in SolidWorks, File, FindReferences. Because you can't expand this dialog box, you can't seeeverything, but all References are found and resolved.
However, in the 2007 SW Explorer screenshot, same Drawing, a "NotFound Reference" is shown. Even after the Drawing and it's Childrenare Rebuilt and Saved and the Explorer View Refreshed. Yes, at onetime this Reference existed, but it has been removed all the way tothe Sketch/Feature level. This is verified in SolidWorks, File,Find References.
