Hello 3ds Team!
I applied for the SolidWorks Startup program about 2 years ago. I got contacted by the reseller after a while and signed a contract with the reseller. I've waited about half a year and never got the license (spoke with him multiple times, got delayed every time). While waiting for the license I encountered some personal problems in my life and had to take a brake from my business. 
Now I solved the issues and finished my studies as a mechanical engineer and want to go on with the business. Contacted the reseller again, and got the answer that my application was rejected by Dassault Systems. 

Can someone help me with clarification on what happened with my application, and why I did not receive the license after I signed the contract with the reseller?  Unfortunately, I have just one reseller in my country, so no option to choose.

I applied again for the Startup program and hopefully, this time I will get the license, wish me luck! :)
