Once your company has been approved / receives acceptance into the 3DEXPERIENCE Works for Startups Program, you will receive (3) emails in the order / approval process in order to first gain access to your company's private 3DEXPERIENCE license tenant.

After you have created your 3DEXPERIENCE ID, and your order has been approved and processed, your ADMIN will receive an email to accept our License Agreement (CLOSA) :

1st EMAIL – CLOSA Acceptance (ACTION needed within 30 days or cancelled)

As an authorized representative of (CUSTOMER NAME), you must confirm your order and accept the license terms prior to receiving your license keys or accessing your services (If this request was to terminate DS Offerings and/or associated services, you must also confirm your order).

2. When prompted, please sign in with your existing DS Passport or create a new one.
3. On the consent web page, check your order content.
