I was approved for the Startup program, 

I have received an Email from 3D Experience and I was able to install Soldworks "Connected" to the cloud.

I do not need the Soildworks Connected because my internet is too slow, I would like to install it locally

After calling Support I got a link to download Solidworks but it is asking for "Serial Number", I never received a serial number.

How do get the serial number?
