One of our main goal as engineer is to problem solving and it was a wonderful project. 

A reverse engineering project for gear set for an old mechanism which is unavailable in the market and the customer want the design for the set for mass production in his own workshop. The gearbox is 9 gear set for a pan rotation mechanism. Gears are made from brass and aluminum 6061.

As a modification we suggested changing the old motor and gearbox with a new one more simple and can be ordered online.
