I am mew in community and student of Solidworks. I have downloaded 2023 Solidwork student edition. I am unable to see dumensions on my sketch I tried to change fonts at annotation and units but still does not show up. My part after sketcging does not show up and instead there is a shadow only. What can be tried to fix these issue? 

Note I have uninstall twice and downloaded but problem still persist.
