Community Tips: Managing Notifications

If you are part of multiple communities, you probably receive many notifications during the day. Some of which may be important, and others may not have the same importance to you. ​​​​​​​There is a way to manage your notifications so you never miss new content when posted to the 3DEXPERIENCE Works for Startups Community.

To set your notifications, follow these simple steps:

  1. Select the 3DEXPERIENCE Works for Startups Community from your list of Communities.
  2. Click on the notification bell symbol in the blue navigation bar at the top right of your screen to open the notification center.

3. Click on the gear symbol in the notification center. Then click on "Settings" in the dropdown.

4. Select "3DSwym" to access and manage various alert settings. 

      


 5. Once in the 3DSwym category, you can customize WHAT you get notified for and HOW it will be delivered to you:

  • You can toggle on or off the types of alerts you would like to receive. In the example, all notifications have been enabled.
  • Choose how you want to be notified. We recommend "Mail" notifications at a minimum.
