Flexible Tolerancing Methods of Large Assembly
In order to validate assembly process concepts and different scenarios proposed by Manufacturing, Simulation must account for part flexibility and geometrical defects from nominal Design. This presentation will propose a collaborative and integrated design approach leveraging benefits from 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Short loop iterations on multiple assembly scenarios based on parametric and associative FE models enable a behavioral assessment of the assembly on the window of tolerances. Industrial systems of manufacturing can be validated at early stages of the product development cycle.
