Hi all,
still around the American's Cup 75, here another video of the AC 75 topology optimization in which we reused the result to manage composite grid with CATIA Stiffened Structure Concept.
All the skeleton and the equivalent beam creation are resulting from a manual work but it is an example of how we can use topology as input for concept design and validation.
As a final steps, we could maybe use CATIA Concept Structure Engineering to design the beam based on the 1D Beam properties and see how to connect them to the composite grid?
