I have been working on some laser cut wood “paintings”. These paintings are made from laser cutting different veneers and gluing the pieces together like a piece.
This is my first iteration of this concept, and so far I have definitely learned a lot. I am running into some problems with the larger pieces of wood bubbling when I glue them to the base. I am thinking for the next version, it might be best to soak the wood before cutting and assembling. Does anyone have experience working with veneer in this way?
