Problematic : The teeth of a gearbox pinion are broken, the part must be replaced to be able to drive this car again but is no longer manufactured.

A new design based on the functional dimensions of the part (module, number of teeth, pressure angle...) was necessary and created in Part Design.

The part was printed with an SLS machine at the Velizy Fablab. Nylon material should allow for resistance to engine vibrations.

Once integrated into the RC car's gearbox, it goes faster than with the old model.
