still can't update everything gone no solidworks tried downloading again same thing repair or uninstall tried both the repair seems to be working but nothing happens opened just goes back to repair or uninstall so frustrating. Will I have to buy the product again??? the program at the Youth Center is doing the same thing after update. please help and contacting solidworks for help seems impossible. when I finally got some advice from Solidworks they told me to contact www.3ds.com/online-store/support/form.  Well to my surprise the sight is down????
