Hey all, just wanted to share a cool combat robot feature we've been perfecting for the last couple of years. This process almost went backwards, as the blade was made in reality before we ever had it in CAD. These are made manually with an angle grinder at the current small scale, but we're designing blades with better DFM to produce on a larger scale. So it was simple enough to start our process by doing our best to match some streamlined profile diagrams
But once we tested with it and learned the benefits (higher speed, lower current draw), it was worth figuring out all of the Sweep Cuts required to match it in CAD.
