We would like to build a 3D printed drone using 3DEXPERIENCE from design to manufacturing throw a cross lab project.

I am pleased to announce that we have fulfilled our commitment and that it flies beautifully thanks to the Velizy 3DEXPERIENCE LAB - Fab Lab.

Description of the project

1. A conceptual version of the drone was created, including reservations for the electronic cards and the functional surfaces to attach the motors.

2. After studying and determining the load cases, we used Functional Generative Design to optimize its weight. The output of the optimization as been rebuild using Imagine and Shape.

3. The drone has been produced using additive manufacturing with DELMIA applications.
