We recently upgraded ou iPad used in our 3DExperienceLAB showroom (Velizy) but our presentation stand is no longer compatible , in order to save material I designed and built a new anti-thelt frame.

Based on a "Sandwitch" design, this is made of 6mm HPL panel (High Pressure Laminate), this is very strong, easy to work, and the blue color is close to 3DS one !

So first, I used of course CATIA to design quickly those frames in the context of the iPad design, taking care of the acces to buttons, speakers, connector, and ran Delmia to define the milling. 

I printed and glued inserts containing nuts to allow for solid fixings, placed a 3DExperienceLAB on top, and voila!
