For some unknown reason, I received a notification that my license will expire in 3 days, even though I have a monthly subscription.
Suddenly, I lost access to my platform, and I can no longer see the SolidWorks app in my left panel. When I try to open the SolidWorks app, I also get an access denied error.
I contacted support, and their only suggestion was to clear my cache, which didn’t resolve the issue. It seems there's no one available to address my account concerns.
