At the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab Munich – FabLab, I explored the complete workflow from design to manufacturing using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. For this project, I focused on a test geometry to validate the process on a 5-axis CNC machine:

🔹 CATIA → 3D Modeling: I designed a “cube-in-cube” concept as a test part.
🔹 DELMIA → CAM Programming & Toolpath Visualization: I created and visualized the toolpaths and simulated the machining strategy to ensure everything was feasible before production.
🔹 Pocket NC (5-axis CNC) → Fabrication: I transferred the validated toolpath to the Pocket NC and successfully machined the model.

This workflow demonstrates the power of the digital twin, where the virtual process in DELMIA ensures reliability and precision before moving into physical production.
