@FS - GEOVIA Customer Success Director
Fabrice SERVANT is the Customer Success Director at GEOVIA, a Dassault Systèmes brand that provides digital solutions for urban planning, infrastructure, and natural resource management. With over 20 years of experience in the B2B software industry and expertise in data management, geospatial information systems (GIS), and virtual reality (VR/AR), he has led the development of several digital twins of cities in Asia. Recently, he contributed to an article by the Open Geospatial Consortium on Urban Digital Twins, aimed at helping local government officials adopt these new tools. He has a keen interest in how cities can contribute to global sustainability by achieving carbon neutrality.
He holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (ENSAM) and an MBA from INSEAD.
@FN - AEC Industry Business Consultant
Ferial NADJI is a business consultant in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. With 10 years of experience, she has held various roles throughout the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from land acquisition to project delivery. Her work has covered topics such as off-site and modular construction, health and well-being in housing, and new digital tools on site. This experience led to the creation of a startup specializing in real estate software, which she managed for 5 years.
She is currently completing her thesis on AI and project management in construction.
Ferial is passionate about sustainability, digital continuity, and interoperability.
She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and a degree in Sustainable Construction Project Management, with a PhD currently in progress.
