💡 Try that # 5 - Request Technical Support

In our last 2 "Try that", we introduced the "iQ" feature (the red icon) that enables you to ask questions to the community and validate answers. Today is a bit of a recap on how to get support in this community


1) Use the iQuestions feature in the community to post your question to fellow users and experts

Hopefully someone will jump in to offer their thoughts, experience or an insightful solution.


2) If you are a licensed user and need additional support or technical assistance with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, please visit the support page

You can search the knowledge base or create a support ticket to be contacted by an expert.
